Past Customs

The very first Skylander Custom I made. This is a replica of the in-game Tomb Buggy when Paired with Roller Brawl.

This was not the best introduction to custom work, because those tires where very challenging to make. Each was crafted out of clay, and took several hours to get right.

This is the first Character I customized, and she is the one who truly drew me in to custom work. I took inspiration from Splat's beta designs where she was initially going to be a dark Skylander. She still remains one of my favorites.

Splat was also my introduction to using glass paint on figures. It's a gorgous effect, but it takes a long time to dry! (When used on plastic) Sometimes it's still sticky after a month.

I have always been a massive griffin fan, so I was quick to start painting some! I had fun giving Sonic Boom a more traditional look as well as a snowy theme. These two remain in my personal collection!

These two were created as a gift for SCL Matt. Without his help, I never would have come this far!

This trio was created as a gift for a friend!

Nightfall & Astroblast are a couple of my favorite skylanders. How that came to be is a long story, but I can say that once I started customizing it wasn't long till I did these two. I went all out simply because I love them.

Glow, neon, and blacklight paints are really fun to use.

She got to be a part of a set of look-alikes that went out in mystery boxes!
